The Butcher Block in Laramie, Wyoming has been locally owned by Alan and Salli Johnson for the last 20 + years. We are your full service retail meat counter.
We provide high quality custom and retail meat to South East Wyoming, Laramie and the surrounding areas. We strive to give YOU first class customer service and be your first choice for a good cut of meat.
We offer custom cuts just the way you want them. Pick your favorite steak or roast cut to your specific needs and perfection.
Are you craving a thick juicy steak? Tired of the grocery store pre-packaged choices? We only offer USDA Choice and Prime cuts of beef as well as pork and lamb. Make sure you try our custom in-house made sausage both in bulk or in links. Order in advance by calling 307-745-4534, or come peruse our selection in person.
